How To Get There:

By Car

From the M40 (north or south):

Leave the M40 at junction 15 (Warwick by-pass and Stratford-upon-Avon). At the large roundabout turn north (1st exit from M40 north, 4th exit from M40 south) onto the A46 Warwick by-pass towards Coventry. Continue along the by-pass, past the services, to the next junction. Turn left here onto the A4177 towards Solihull. Continue along this road for about 2 miles, through the village and up the hill with The Waterman pub at the top. Fork left at the next turning onto the B4439 towards Shrewley. Turn left again at the next cross-roads into Dark Lane. Hatton Country World will then be on your left after about 0.5 mile, after crossing the canal and railway.

From Warwick:

Follow the A4177 out of the town centre and across the A46 by-pass towards Solihull. Continue to Hatton Country World as described above (from M40).

From Coventry:

Follow the A46 south past Kenilworth and around Warwick. At the junction with the A4177, turn right onto the A4177 towards Solihull. Continue to Hatton Country World as described above (from M40).

From Stratford-upon-Avon:

Follow the A46 north-east to the M40. Continue across the junction (2nd exit) on the A46 towards Coventry, and on to Hatton Country World as described above (from M40).

From Solihull:

Follow the A41 south-east across the M42 and on towards Warwick. Continue forwards at the roundabout (2nd exit) onto the A4177, still towards Warwick. After about 1.5 miles, after passing an isolated pub on your left, and at the start of a long straight, turn right at minor cross-roads. Continue through the small village and across the B4439 into Dark Lane. Alternatively, continue on the A4177 along the straight past the church on your right. Near the end of the straight, turn right (then right again) onto the B4439 towards Shrewley. Then turn left at the next cross-roads into Dark Lane. In either case, Hatton Country World will then be on your left about 0.5 mile along Dark Lane, after crossing the canal and railway.

By Public Transport

By rail:

Hatton Country World is accessible by 20-30 minute (1 - 2 mile) walk from Hatton station, or by 35-45 minute walk (or 5 minute taxi ride) from Warwick Parkway station

From Hatton Station:

Exit the station and turn right along the canal tow path, itself just to the right of the station (road) exit. Continue along the tow path (about 0.7 mile) to the next road bridge, called John's Bridge. Turn right (south) onto the road, called Dark Lane, and Hatton Country World will be on the left after about a further 0.4 mile.

Alternatively, turn left at the station exit and follow the road through the village and across the motorway. Turn left at the T-junction (about 0.5 mile from the station). Continue along this road and turn left again at the next T-junction (about 1 mile from the station). This road is Dark Lane; re-cross the motorway and Hatton Country World will be on your right after about a further 1 mile. Note: these roads are narrow country lanes, mostly without defined pathways, so the route by the canal will probably be preferred (and shorter).

From Warwick Parkway Station:

Exit the station, and find your way to and over the canal, which lies just to the north of the station. Turn left (west) along the canal tow path. Follow the tow path along the canal, uphill past the flight of locks, for about 2 miles to John's Bridge. The tow path will cross to the left-hand side of the canal at the footbridge prior to John's Bridge. Leave the canal at John's Bridge, and turn left (south) along Dark Lane. Hatton Country World will be on the left after about a further 0.4 mile.
